1. What do you do with my personal data?
We use your data for internal marketing for Fulbeck Inns Ltd. (The Lucky Pig Cocktail Bar), in order to update you with offers, entertainment news and generally for keeping in touch, compliant with GDPR processes. We only do this if you have given your consent to us to use your data for marketing communications.

We obtain all personal data directly from you. You may have passed your contact details on to us, dropped us your business card, subscribed to our newsletter via our website, or made a booking enquiry or booking with us. All personal data that we receive from email or phone correspondence between us is your name, email address, contact number and any other data that you choose to share with us.
Our booking widget on our website is controlled by Collins, DesignMyNight, owned by Access UK Limited. We receive your name, contact number, email address and date of birth (optional). Credit card details used for bookings are not held by us, Fulbeck Inns Ltd. (The Lucky Pig Cocktail Bar), but are held in an encrypted system by Stripe, a secure payment system, which runs Collins Pay and Card Authentication. Therefore, neither Fulbeck Inns Ltd. (The Lucky Pig Cocktail Bar) nor Collins get access to the card details. These are securely stored in Stripe's cloud. The card details are stored for up to 3 months by Stripe. When making a booking or enquiry via our booking widget on our website, you will be given the option to receive exclusive information and deals, from time to time. We will only contact you with marketing communications if you opt-in to this when using the widget.
When making an enquiry via email or over the phone, we add your provided contact details onto our central booking system. You will be given the choice whether to give marketing permissions or not.
Where we use your information to contact you, we may use MailChimp to manage those communications. By agreeing to receiving marketing communications from us, you consent to receive newsletters from us about offers and news that we think will be of interest to you.

Your contact details are stored, securely, on a fully password-protected computer, which in turn is also protected by a fully comprehensive anti-virus and malware programme. All our software, including our operating system, runs on the latest versions so any security updates are applied as soon as we are notified.
MailChimp and Collins DesignMyNight are password-protected sites and fully GDPR compliant.
Collins DesignMyNight have worked with all their suppliers who are involved with the safe-storage of your data in Collins, to ensure all of them are already GDPR compliant. They use the biggest, global tech companies when it comes to storage of data so you can be safe in the knowledge that all their internal processes are fully GDPR compliant; as signed off by their Data Protection Officer from The Access Group.
They are our "data processor" and it is their responsibility to ensure that your data is stored and collected in a GDPR compliant manner. We are the "data controller" and it is our responsibility to then handle and use that data in a GDPR compliant manner.
